Method
- Cook orzo according to package directions, rinse with cold water.
- Combine orzo, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, and feta.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano.
- Toss salad with dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper. Always taste as you go — you can add more seasoning, but you can't take it away!
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
