Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth and fully blended.
  2. Taste and adjust — add more cayenne for heat, more brown sugar for sweetness, or more vinegar for tang.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld. Keeps for 2 weeks in the fridge.

Notes

The smoked paprika is the star — don't substitute it with regular paprika or you'll lose that signature campfire depth.
