Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in melted butter, egg, and salt.
  3. Gradually add flour and mix until dough forms.
