Homemade Lemon Honey Salad Dressing
A bright, tangy, and naturally sweet salad dressing made with fresh lemon juice and honey. Ready in 5 minutes and far better than anything from a bottle.

- Combine the lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl or jar.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly until the dressing is emulsified and slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Taste and adjust honey or lemon juice as needed.
- Shake or whisk again before serving. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
Shake well before each use as the dressing will naturally separate. For a creamier version, add 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt.
