- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth and fully blended.
- Taste and adjust — add more cayenne for heat, more brown sugar for sweetness, or more vinegar for tang.

Notes
The smoked paprika is the star — don't substitute it with regular paprika or you'll lose that signature campfire depth.
